#BellLetsTalk Day: On Wednesday, January 24th, 2024, Bell Lets Talk Day is dedicated to moving mental health forward in Canada. Bell Let’s Talk promotes awareness, acceptance and action with a strategy built on four key pillars:

• Anit-Stigma
• Care & Access
• Research
• Workplace Leadership 

#BellLetsTalk Opportunity: We seek community members to participate in our #BellLetsTalk day initiative. Please see below the printable version of the speech bubble. We seek you to write a personalized message on it, take a photo(s) & email your photo(s) to marketing@ringetteontrio.com by Tuesday, January 23rd, 2024. Submissions will be featured on Ringette Ontario's social media platforms.

#RookieRingette + #TipTuesday: To grow our sport, we need to educate the public, and what better way is there than to create visually appealing videos? Videos have a higher impact and engagement rate than still photos or graphics. We seek the ringette communities' help by filling in the blanks and topics on our #RookieRingette + #TipTuesday Sign-up sheet. 

Instructions:

1. Find a blank space in the document and fill out the needed information.
2. Film your video content virtually on your said topic.
3. Submit your videos to marketing@ringetteontario.com.

National Women and Girls in Sports Day: A vibrant movement we celebrate annually, NGWSD honours the achievements of girls and women in sports and continues to Lead Her Forward by acknowledging the power of sports to unlock her limitless potential. On Wednesday, February 7th, 2024, we want to celebrate our girls and women in our sport. We are looking to share a total of three (3) stories on the 7th. If you want to tell your story, please email marketing@ringetteontario.com by Friday, January 26th, 2024.
