In 2024, Ringette Canada brought back and readjusted a program focused on the 'O'. The Program of Excellence is designed to enhance leadership and officiating abilities, of those who are selected.
Recently, Ontario sent a group of dedicated officials to learn from industry experts in nutrition, skating, mental performance as well as strength and conditioning. The group also took part in various workshops and team-bonding activities to strengthen their leadership skills.
Ontario is proud of its deep pool of amazing officials of all ranks and experience.
